Bio

J. Morgan Forrester is a partner at Pierce, Sloan, Kennedy & Early, LLC and originally from Anderson, South Carolina. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina and attended law school at the Charleston School of Law. Upon completion, he was admitted to the South Carolina Bar and the United States District Court, District of South Carolina in 2015. He is currently a member of the Charleston County Bar, South Carolina Bar, American Bar Association, and American Association for Justice. Morgan has been invited to speak, or serve as a guest lecturer, at continuing legal education seminars and at the Charleston School of Law.

Morgan is experienced in representing all forms of victims of commercial truck accidents, including many of those suffering catastrophic injuries or wrongful death. He has served as lead or co-counsel in over 55 cases involving tractor-trailers, eighteen-wheelers, and other commercial motor vehicles. In addition to commercial truck accident litigation, Morgan’s other areas of practice include traumatic brain injury, wrongful death, personal injury, premises liability, and insurance coverage and bad faith.
